What a great find Helen (a.k.a. The Cat Butler) was. Our 3 cats were looked after so well, you could tell Helen was a cat person from the second the cats met her, there was so much trust. Helen sent us video updates each day we were away and also ensured the house was safe and secure. Having someone come to the house instead of using a cattery takes away so much stress for me and the cats, I'd recommend The Cat Butler to anyone who needs their cats looking after whilst away. Additionally, The Cat Butler uses a great online system which makes it so easy to arrange and book. Can't wait to use again for our next holiday.

We are so grateful to Helen, or auntie Helen as the fur babies know her now. We had to go abroad at short notice for a family emergency and Helen was able to step in with only 3 days notice. What can I say, Helen went above and beyond for us! She looked after our cat Muffin as if she were her own, nothing was too much trouble! Helen visited us and explained everything beforehand which is a great part of the service. This gave us a chance to meet, show her where everything was and also gave Muffin and Helen a chance to get to know each other before we went away.

Helen was extremely friendly and professional and her love for cats really shone through. We were worried about leaving Muffin for the first time but Helen really put us at ease and gave us the confidence to go on holiday. The added bonus of the website portal really helped and could be updated with all the important details about Muffin and our home anytime for Helen to view.

Whilst away, Helen sent us daily updates, photos and videos. They were a lovely way to see how much fun Muffin (and Helen) was having. Muffin played more with Helen than she ever has with us! This is testament to how comfortable Helen made Muffin feel.

A massive plus to this service was that Muffin was able to stay in her own home, where she is happy and most comfortable. Helen also made sure our home was secure and even put the bins out for us - an added bonus! We could not recommend Helen highly enough, we will certainly be booking her every time we go away now. We have already and will continue to recommend her to everyone. It’s lovely to see someone love and care for your cat as much as you do! Thank you Helen, you did a purrfect job!
